What payment methods are accepted?
Credit Cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, Diners, JCB) and PayPal
We will charge your credit or debit card or deduct the amount of the order from your PayPal account as you place an order. If the order happens to be cancelled for some reason, the refund will be made to whatever the paying method you chose at the time of ordering. Usually, the refund process may take 4-7 days to reflect in your original mode of payment (like Bank statement or Credit Card statement).

SHIPPING:
1. We ship worldwide including USA, Canada, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Australia, New Zealand, Russia etc.
2. We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure that you enter a valid street address during checkout.
3. Please contact us using the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page if your country is not mentioned in the shipping list or if you receive any error during Checkout.
Shipping/ Dispatch Time:
Depending on the availability of a product, shipping times will be displayed on product pages accordingly as detailed below:
For In Stock items - 3 to 5 Days (excluding Sundays and holidays)
For Custom Ordered Items - 5 to 10 weeks, depending on yardage:
5 Yards - 5 weeks
10 yards - 6 weeks
15 yards - 8 weeks
20 yards - 10 weeks
Custom Ordered Apparel - Lead time 5 to 7 weeks
Online tracking is available and details are usually shared on email as soon as the order is dispatched.
Please note that we DO NOT charge/ collect taxes for items sold in our store. Also, customs duties and sales taxes (like VAT/ GST) may apply to your order in your country, the customer is liable for these charges which are to be paid when the shipment arrives at the destination country or when an email regarding the same is sent from the registered carrier (Fedex/ DHL).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Custom orders may be delayed beyond the mentioned timelines due to unavoidable circumstances at times, due to any personal problems of the craftsman. These situations are quite unforeseen and we request your patience in such an event.
Changes will be allowed for orders within 24 hours is the status is still unfulfilled. There is no change possible if an order has already been shipped. Further NO changes shall be allowed in custom-made fabric or apparel orders as these are sent into production immediately. Requests for change should be sent to our email address mentioned on the Contact us page.
We recognise that there may be occasions when a customer might wish to return an item. You may return a purchase to us in its original condition and packing within 15 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, where possible.
Please enclose a note giving your name, address, contact telephone number and e-mail address, together with the reason for the return. We will ask you to keep proof of posting the goods to us.
Postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied from the original order and we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
