l was interested in a chainstitch rug from this company but wanted additional information about a particular color in the pattern that was hard to see in the picture. l requested more information and received both a good description as well as additional photos. l ordered the rug and it arrived quickly (to New York) and was carefully packed. The rug is beautiful and the price and shipping charges were excellent. l am someone who loves rugs and knows that the rug is the heart of a room. This rug was a gift for my daughter (in her 20s). l want her to develop an appreciation for beautiful rugs. This rug should do the trick! It is very lovely. And every aspect of dealing with this company was an absolute pleasure!
